My verdict
Stake edges it, 7.2 to 6.8. The bonus terms are level. Stake wins on licence and safety, games and KYC. Shuffle’s weak spot is the public complaint pattern around KYC holding withdrawals. If you go with either, finish verification before you deposit anything sizeable.
