Best Curaçao-Licensed Crypto Casinos in 2026: 10 I Tested With Real Money

Most crypto casinos I test hold a Curaçao licence, so "Curaçao-licensed" on its own doesn’t tell you much. What matters is whose name is on the licence, whether the register still shows it as current, and what the casino’s terms do with it. So for this list I wrote down, for every casino I’ve tested with real money, the licence number, the company holding it and the register status as recorded on my review.

Ten casinos qualify. They’re ranked by Camel Rating under our How We Rate method, with the licence and safety sub-score next to it, because that’s the 20% of the rating that covers the licence. None of these scores is a promise about your results. They rate the casino, not your chances.

What I counted

A casino is on this list if my review shows a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence (OGL number) as its current licence, and I deposited $100 in BTC, played at small stakes and withdrew in BTC there. All ten withdrawals arrived within the casino’s stated timeframe in October 2026. I didn’t count Curaçao licences that are still pending, regional or no longer used. Those are explained further down.

BitStarz, Shuffle and Cloudbet all score 6.8. I’ve kept them in the same order as Best Bitcoin Casinos 2026.

Three things the register showed me

1. Three licences are in a renewal or assessment stage

Stake’s certificate reads Active, with a renewal assessment in progress. Cloudbet’s and BetFury’s licences are still listed active, but their register terms ended (23 May 2026 and 31 Jul 2026) and both show an assessment in progress. Our method caps licence and safety at 6.0 until a renewal is confirmed, which is why Cloudbet and BetFury show "capped" above. My Stake review doesn’t record an ended term, and its licence score isn’t capped.

2. One licence number covers three casinos

mBit Casino, KatsuBet and Mirax Casino all cite OGL/2024/1307/0748, held by Scores55 Tech B.V. For mBit, the CGA portal shows it active. For KatsuBet and Mirax, the register also lists their domains under a second company, Kika Technology B.V. (OGL/2023/147/0081), and I could only verify operator status through a register mirror. That split is why those two score 6.0 for licence and safety against mBit’s 7.0. I’ve looked at the related brands in 7Bit Casino sister sites compared.

3. Two casinos add an Anjouan licence

Duelbits (ALSI-112310013-FI5) and Roobet (ALSI-202507005) hold an Anjouan licence alongside their Curaçao one. A second licence doesn’t raise the score by itself, but it’s another register you can check.

The ten, in short

1. Stake (7.2/10): the strongest licence paperwork

Named operator Medium Rare N.V. (terms 2.1), the CGA licence above and a dispute route through CADRE, a CGA-certified ADR body (terms 23.3). Against that, KYC can be requested at any time (4.8, 8.1, 8.12) and its restricted-country list is long (14.3).

2. Duelbits (7.0/10): Curaçao plus Anjouan

Liquid Entertainment N.V. holds the Curaçao licence, and 2FA is on every account. Three of its six categories are still provisional, so my confidence in its score is medium-low. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 7.5, flags two potentially unfair terms and lists 72 complaints.

3. BitStarz (6.8/10): verified active, with a tough bonus clause

Gareton B.V.’s licence is active on the CGA certificate portal and bitstarz.com is an approved domain. Its terms send disputes to Curaçao arbitration (17.1) with a 6-month claim limit (15.1), and a dormant-account fee of at least EUR 5 a month (13.1). The bonus score is capped at 5.0 by a discretionary void clause (9.4.6). Code CAMEL50: 50 no-deposit free spins, 40x wagering, max win 100. T&Cs apply.

4. Shuffle (6.8/10): on the register, weaker complaint record

Natural Nine B.V. is named in the footer and the licence is listed on the Curaçao register. Casino.guru gives it a low Safety Index of 4.8 and a ‘bad’ complaints ratio (189 complaints), and recurring complaints describe withdrawals held pending KYC, so I’d keep balances small.

5. Cloudbet (6.8/10): clear KYC trigger, licence term ended

Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. publishes a clear ID-check trigger at USD 2,200 in cumulative deposits (terms 18.1.5) and advertises rewards with no rollover. The register term ended on 23 May 2026 with an assessment in progress, and the terms reserve the right to charge up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals.

6. mBit Casino (6.7/10): shared licence, verified active

Scores55 Tech B.V. (terms 1.1) under the licence the CGA portal showed as active on 14 Oct 2026. Withdrawals are capped at 3 BTC per 7 days and 10 BTC per 30 days, and large wins can be paid in 10 monthly instalments.

7. Roobet (6.4/10): active licence, a vague bonus clause

Raw Entertainment B.V.’s licence shows Active, granted 31 Jul 2024, and Roobet charges no withdrawal fee of its own. Its terms let "low-risk play" void winnings, which holds its bonus score at 5.0.

8. BetFury (6.3/10): licence term ended, a win cap

Universe B Games B.V.’s register term ended on 31 Jul 2026 with an assessment in progress. Its terms cap any single win at USD 300,000 and charge dormant accounts 50 USDT a month after 12 months.

9. KatsuBet (6.1/10): licence split between two companies

The terms name Scores55 Tech B.V., but the register also lists katsubet.com under Kika Technology B.V. Its bonus score is capped (35x-50x wagering, sole-discretion cancellation), and withdrawals are capped at EUR 10k a week and 40k a month.

Visit KatsuBet Read my KatsuBet review

10. Mirax Casino (5.8/10): same split, stricter terms

The same Scores55/Kika split as KatsuBet. Mirax adds a dormancy fee from EUR 25 a month and caps bonus cashouts at 10x the deposit, and a discretionary void clause that covers winnings caps both its payouts and bonus scores.

Curaçao licences I don’t rank

Wild.io (7.0/10) has a Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/210/0198, but it’s still under assessment. The licence my review leads with is Anjouan ALSI-202504044-FI2, so it isn’t counted here. See my Wild.io review.

Metaspins moved from Curaçao to Anjouan licence ALSI-202606048-FI2 on 30 Jun 2026, and 7Bit Casino‘s licence varies by region (Curaçao OGL/2023/147/0081 or Tobique), with neither register re-checked on 15 Oct 2026. See the Metaspins and 7Bit Casino reviews.

Thunderpick holds an active CGA licence, but it scores 4.9/10 because its terms zero dormant balances after 12 months and let low-risk play void winnings. I don’t recommend it. See my Thunderpick review.

Gamdom, Vave and Betplay.io are warnings, not options. Gamdom’s Curaçao licence showed Expired on the register and Revoked on the regulator’s verification page when I checked on 15 Oct 2026. Vave’s cited licence covers a different domain (vavegame.com). Betplay.io has no licence I could find on the Curaçao or Anjouan registers. Each is capped at 4.0/10 and I don’t rank them.

How to check a Curaçao licence yourself

  1. Find the licence number in the casino’s footer or terms. Current CGA numbers start with OGL/, then a year and a number.
  2. Look it up on the regulator’s register and check the status, the company name and the approved domains.
  3. Make sure the company on the register matches the one in the terms. Where they differ, find out why before you deposit.
  4. Check the term dates. "Assessment in progress" isn’t the same as a confirmed renewal.

My take

If the licence is what you care about most, Stake and Duelbits have the strongest paperwork of the casinos I’ve tested, both at 7.5 for licence and safety. mBit, Shuffle and Roobet are next at 7.0. Cloudbet and BetFury are worth watching: if their renewals are confirmed, the cap comes off. For a ranking that isn’t limited to Curaçao, see Best Bitcoin Casinos 2026.

FAQ

Is a Curaçao licence safe?

It’s a baseline, not a promise of fair treatment. On my reviews, licence and safety scores for Curaçao-licensed casinos range from 4.0 (Thunderpick) to 7.5 (Stake and Duelbits), depending on the operator, the register status and the terms.

Which Curaçao-licensed crypto casino scores highest?

Stake, at 7.2/10, of the casinos I’ve tested.

What does "assessment in progress" mean?

On my reviews it means the register shows the licence term has ended or is up for renewal and the regulator hasn’t confirmed the outcome yet. I note it on every review where it applies.

Why do three casinos share one licence number?

mBit, KatsuBet and Mirax all cite OGL/2024/1307/0748, held by Scores55 Tech B.V. One company can run several brands under one licence.
