Cloudbet vs Duelbits: What I Know, What I Don’t, and Which One I’d Pick

Cloudbet and Duelbits are both crypto casinos with a sportsbook in the same account, both named their operator, and both paid my $100 BTC test withdrawal within the casino’s stated timeframe. Under our How We Rate method Duelbits scores 7.0/10 and Cloudbet 6.8/10.

That gap is small, and the two scores are not equally solid. My Cloudbet review has a Medium confidence rating with two provisional categories. My Duelbits review has a Medium-low rating with three. So instead of declaring a winner on 0.2 points, this page separates what I have actually documented from what is still a placeholder, and shows where the gap really comes from.

Short answer

Duelbits is the pick if licence status matters most to you: it holds a Curaçao licence plus an Anjouan licence, and every account gets 2FA. Cloudbet is the pick if you want to know the rules up front: it publishes a clear ID-check trigger and says its rewards carry no rollover, but its Curaçao renewal is still being assessed and its terms reserve the right to charge fees of up to 5%.

Notice how many Duelbits cells say “not yet documented”. That is not a hidden problem, it is a gap in my own review, and it is the reason the Duelbits score carries a lower confidence rating.

“Measured” means the score is based on something I tested or read in the terms. “Provisional” means the category hasn’t been fully tested or documented, so it gets a neutral placeholder (6.5 by default) until it is. “Capped” means our method limits that category because of a red flag.

The whole lead, and then some, comes from one row. Cloudbet’s licence and safety score is capped at 6.0 because the register term on OGL/2024/328/0599 ended on 23 May 2026 and the renewal shows as “assessment in progress”. That cap costs Cloudbet 0.30 weighted points against Duelbits. Cloudbet wins back 0.15 on bonus terms, where its no-rollover rewards are measured at 7.5 against a provisional 6.5 for Duelbits, and Duelbits adds 0.075 on games.

Two things follow. First, if Cloudbet’s renewal is confirmed, that cap comes off and I will re-score it, so check the review for the current figure. Second, three of Duelbits’ six categories are still placeholders, so its 7.0 could move in either direction once I itemise its bonus clauses, its KYC triggers and its support.

The three questions I can actually answer

1. Whose licence position is cleaner today?

Duelbits. Liquid Entertainment N.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1507/0838 and the site also lists Anjouan licence ALSI-112310013-FI5. Cloudbet’s licence is still listed as active, but with the term ended and renewal assessment in progress, it is the weaker position until that is resolved.

2. Which one tells you more about ID checks before you deposit?

Cloudbet. Its terms say verification is required once your cumulative deposits reach USD 2,200 (18.1.5). The catch is in the same terms: documents can be requested at any time, unverified accounts face a daily withdrawal limit, and an account can be closed if KYC isn’t completed in the time given (11.1(v)). My Duelbits review records one account per person, with duplicates risking confiscation, but not its KYC triggers. If you plan to withdraw more than a test amount at either, verify early.

3. Which one is cheaper to move money in and out of?

I can’t call this cleanly. Cloudbet’s terms reserve the right to charge up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals, so check the cashier fee before you withdraw. My Duelbits review found no withdrawal-limit or fee issues, but it doesn’t itemise the cashier in the same detail.

What I can’t compare yet

  • Support: provisional at both. Cloudbet advertises 24/7 live chat; I haven’t tested either.
  • Duelbits’ bonus clauses: it runs rakeback and rewards rather than one fixed welcome bonus, and I haven’t itemised the clause-level terms. Casino.guru flags two potentially unfair terms; my review doesn’t name them yet.
  • Cloudbet’s lobby size: its games score is provisional because I haven’t documented the lobby size.

Where a category is provisional I would rather tell you that than pad the page with a guess.

Who should pick which

Pick Duelbits (7.0/10) if you care most about licence status and account security, and you like provably fair originals. It has 13 of them alongside its casino and sportsbook.

Pick Cloudbet (6.8/10) if you want no-rollover rewards, a published ID-check trigger and live dealer tables in the same account as the sportsbook, and you are comfortable holding an account while the Curaçao renewal is assessed.

Check first at Cloudbet: its terms list countries you must not be physically in when playing or withdrawing, including the US, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands (7.1.3). Don’t use a VPN to get around restrictions at either site.
